Overview
Our counselling service offers a confidential, supportive space for individuals and families dealing with stress, grief, trauma, or other personal challenges. Sessions are led by a trained counsellor and can be arranged as a one-off visit or an ongoing series.
What to Expect
- A private, confidential session with a trained counsellor
- A supportive conversation focused on your concerns
- Guidance on next steps, including follow-up sessions or referral if needed
What to Bring
- SHA or insurance card, if applicable
- A list of any medications you are currently taking
- A support person, if you would prefer someone to accompany you
