A fully equipped theatre for scheduled and emergency surgery.
Overview
Our theatre team carries out both scheduled and emergency surgical procedures, supported by an on-call anaesthetist and a recovery room for post-operative monitoring. Most surgical patients are admitted for observation before and after their procedure.
What to Expect
- Pre-operative assessment and anaesthesia review
- Surgery performed by the assigned surgical team
- Recovery room monitoring before transfer to the ward
What to Bring
- Signed surgical consent forms
- SHA or insurance pre-authorisation for surgery
- An overnight bag, as most procedures require admission
